SOS Recruitment (SOS) is a fresh, new and somewhat boutique recruitment agency.

Recruitment is also about realising that a successful placement requires the “marriage” of two committed parties – not one! This means that real success is only achieved when a recruiter ceases to trade “candidate clients” like commodities – understanding they have feelings, names and personalities! They’re not numbers moving through agencies on a conveyor belt.

Being a smaller agency, SOS’ owners/directors are key players in the day to day operations and are therefore well placed to ensure SOS remain true to what we are. What is that you ask? Well, we’re about many things but in short – we’re about:

· Taking away people’s staffing headaches;

· Doing business in an old-fashioned, down-to-earth, cut through the BS and political correctness, manner;

· Creating meaningful (not lip service and false) relationships with our clients which lead to the provision of meaningful benefits to both parties;

· Giving value for money but not chasing business from those that demand the cheapest. We seek a quality client base who also expect quality service and understand the price/quality compromise;

· Genuinely understanding your business and service offerings (we are one of the very few agencies owned and run by people who have held senior management roles within large public companies);

· Being 100% locally owned and operated - with a vision of adding value to like-minded companies;
